So I built my free blog in ten minutes, put a simple post with a link to one of my other websites and away we go!

I will go to a pinging service and ping my blog when I update with new content, I will also submit the RSS feed to the feed directories. I know this sounds confusing, but it isn't, If I can do it, so can YOU!

Now you need to offer something of value and start grabbing people's names and email addresses.
